Ukrainian forces conducted several long-range strikes against Russian territory overnight and into June 28. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukrainian-made Flamingo missiles struck the Titan-Barrikady ballistic missile development and production plant in Volgograd, Russia, on June 27.

This facility is known for producing artillery systems and components for missile launch systems. Additionally, Ukrainian forces attacked two Russian oil refineries in Ufa, approximately 1,500 kilometers from the front line, and an oil depot in the Krasnodar region, about 300 kilometers from Ukraine.
