The tournament, which will run until November 25, brings together ten teams, an increase from eight in its inaugural edition.

Five Full Member nations – Ireland, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Zimbabwe – will participate alongside Associate nations Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Scotland, Thailand, and hosts UAE. Teams are divided into two groups of five, with matches split between the Karwan Sports Club Cricket Ground and the Seven Districts Sports Club.
